Thank you for participating in our IAP2 BC Yukon Chapter membership survey. The information you provide will inform how we build our strategic plan for the coming year, to support opportunities to improve and grow your practice and provide the benefits you are looking for from your membership.
Depending on the amount of feedback you choose to provide, this survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.
At the end of the survey, you can opt to enter a draw for a $50 gift card by providing your contact information. Please note the draw is only open to current IAP2 members. Entries from non-members will not be considered. The survey deadline has been extended and will close on July 6, 2023.
